This facility in Hyogo Tojo Interpark supports round-the-clock operation and frequent deliveries. It is a two-story, multi-tenant logistics facility with truck berths on the first floor. Leased sections can be partitioned into two. Its roomy floor plan, with over 18,000 square meters of space, houses 38 truck berths.
About the location
Interpark near the Hyogo Tojo Interchange on the Chugoku Expressway. Its location enables inter-city transport (about 40 minutes to the central Kobe or 50 minutes to central Osaka) to Himeji, the Chugoku area, Kobe, and Osaka via a network of multiple expressways including the Chugoku Expressway, Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway, Sanyo Expressway, and Rokko-Kita Toll Road, as well as regional delivery via prefectural roads and national roads around Harima and Kobe.
