Housing

CALM Daikanyama

Completed in February 2023

Making use of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group's unique overseas network, we made a proposal for the effective use of land as a component of our CRE and PRE support for overseas customers and developed rental housing as income-generating real estate. PRE support: Support for the effective use of public real estate CRE support: Supports for the effective use of corporate real estate

Concept behind the facility

This rental housing for high-income tenants has two floors above ground and four underground, with a total of 19 residential units. It makes use of the south slope that characterizes the site and the main approach from the old Yamate Street, retaining the beautiful natural landscape.
The facility is equipped with a concierge service and a fitness gym to enhance comfortable living for residents.

About the location

The site offers convenient access to transportation from its location within walking distance of Daikanyama Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Nakameguro Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Its incomparable location lies within one of Japan's premiere residential districts formed by the sophisticated cityscape of the Daikanyama area, surrounded by a concentration of facilities representative of the area.
