In each zone – the industry, tourism, and business zone, the retail zone, and the residential zone – we emphasized harmony with surroundings, including Noritake Forest, and planned for the emergence of a sense of integration among the building height and greenery connections. We placed a district trunk road between the residential zone and the retail zone to enhance both freedom of movement to surrounding tourism facilities and the appeal of the area.
