About the location
MCUD Kobe-nishi is located within the Kobe Distribution Center, about 1 km from Fusehata Interchange on the Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway and about 3 km from Shirakawa Minami Interchange on the Hanshin Expressway. It offers outstanding access from urban areas in Kansai. Kobe Techno Logistic Park, a leading manufacturing and delivery hub in the Kansai region, and Kobe Port can be reached in about 30 minutes. Sogo Undo Koen Station is within walking distance, enabling easy access and commuting from Sannomiya in Kobe. The location is adjacent to an academic town and popular residential area, making it advantageous in terms of securing workers
Features of the facility
The 4th floor warehouse section features a flat plan capable of accommodating varied freight sizes, in any industry. It has been designed as a logistics hub with effective 5.5m height under beams and high per-square-meter rack filling efficiency through an 11m x 9.2m pillar span, for ease of use and outstanding in-shipment and out-shipment efficiency. This highly versatile logistics facility maximizes effective usable floor space by aggregating office space in the underground floor, with its entrance on the train station side.
