It is a multi-tenant logistics facility equipped with one of the Keihin area's largest fixed temperature warehouses and is conveniently located for handling cargo transported by sea. With advanced features including truck berths on the first and third floors, it is able to serve as a large-scale logistics hub.
About the location
Near Minami-honmoku Pier at the Port of Yokohama, one of Japan's leading international trade ports, MCUD Honmoku enjoys a location suited to handling marine cargo. This logistics facility lies within the city of Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, a premiere delivery and logistics hub in the Kanto area. It is about 5 km from Negishi Station on the JR Negishi Line and about 3 km from Honmoku-futo Interchange on the Bayshore Route.
