Located in a cluster of manufacturing firms in one of the leading industrial/semi-industrial areas within the city of Chiba, this facility was born as the first logistics facility in the MCUD Series. With a parking lot for general vehicles and a waiting space for large vehicles in the outer area, the facility supports efficient in-shipment and out-shipment.
About the location
The facility lies in the Naganuma/Roppo area, a leading industrial/semi-industrial area within the city of Chiba. It offers the great convenience of a location 3 km from Tsuga Station on the JR Sobu Line and 4 km from Chiba-kita Interchange on the Higashi-Kanto Expressway. It serves as an excellent delivery hub offering fast access to central Tokyo, where many manufacturing companies of all sizes are clustered.
Features of the facility
The first logistics facility under the MCUD brand, this facility was designed as a steel-frame structure with three above-ground stories on a 23,949m² site. With a parking lot for general vehicles and a waiting space for large vehicles in the outer area, it supports efficient in-shipment and out-shipment.
