Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, Inc. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masahito Tamura) announces that it has begun construction of the Fuso Logistics Facility Project (tentative name) in Fuso-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi Prefecture, on April 3, 2023. Completion of the project is scheduled for the spring of 2024.
The facility's first floor uses double-sided berths in a two-level box-type configuration, creating a structural plan that flexibly adapts to storage, pass-through, or other modes of use. The facility is also multi-tenant, with a partitionable floor plan capable of meeting the needs of tenants of differing sizes.
Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development will continue to advance its development business to provide superior logistics facilities that meet the needs of tenants and investors in the high quality income-generating real estate development market, fully leveraging the logistics facilities development and operations know-how and the information-gathering capabilities of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group.
