(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masahito Tamura) announce the completion of the jointly developed facility S-GATE FIT Nihonbashi Bakurocho on April 20, 2023.

Carrying forward the "human-centric comfort and comfort" of the S-GATE series, S-GATE FIT introduces a wood-tone design imbued with the warmth of natural materials. It features a rooftop terrace that can achieve diverse work styles, along with equipment including a mechanical ventilation system that circulates the air in leased rooms twice an hour.
S-GATE FIT Nihonbashi Bakurocho is a located one minute on foot from Bakurocho Station on the JR Sobu Main Line and four minutes on foot from Bakuro-yokoyama Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.
