Open job position 1: Development Promotion

Job description
As a battle-ready employee of the Marketing & Development Division, you will engage in the following work:
Following acquisition of development sites, you will examine facility concepts based on which plans will be drafted through meetings with general contractors and architectural design offices. You will act as project manager of the development project, including management of design by general contractors and other parties, of contractors (inspection, correction, and optimization of the accumulated amount), and of related incidental work, based on detailed designs.
Targeted income-generating real estate includes all asset types except for detached housing.
Eligibility for application
Required experience
At least five years of experience as a project manager for development projects with a developer, etc., such as development planning/design of logistics or commercial facilities on vacant land.

Qualifications
・Qualification as a real estate broker
・University or higher degree

Open job position 2: Land acquisition

Job description
As a battle-ready employee of the Marketing & Development Division, you will engage in the following work:
You will engage in a chain of tasks spanning information gathering, economic and legal compliance surveys, income and expenditure estimating, acquisition negotiations, sales contracts, and final decision-making concerning properties that meet the company's investment standards, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Targeted income-generating real estate includes all asset types except for detached housing.
Eligibility for application
Required experience
At least five years of experience with site acquisition in income-generating real estate development work with a developer, etc. (other than detached housing-related experience)

Qualifications
・Qualification as a real estate broker
・University or higher degree

Full-time employee (trial period applies)
Salary
Monthly salary: ¥300,000 yen or higher (to be determined based on experience)
