We develop facilities such as logistics facilities, factories, and R&D facilities, supporting industrial activities through real estate.
We develop highly unique logistics facilities with superior fundamental features such as total floor area, load-bearing floor area, and ceiling height, primarily in the Tokyo, Kansai, and Nagoya areas.
The red and blue symbol represents the arteries and veins that deliver life-giving blood to every part of our bodies. This symbolizes the essential role played by logistics infrastructure, which delivers value to every part of society.
This industry creation/support shared facility gathers startup firms and companies engaged in manufacturing, research, and development in a single structure to facilitate mutual relationships. Private-sector construction, operation, and development of such facilities is unusual in Japan. We intend to focus even further on initiatives unique to our company, utilizing the Mitsubishi Corporation Group's networks and broad area of contact with wide-ranging industries.
The name “innoba” is coined from “innovation” and the Japanese word “basho” (place), indicating a place where innovation is born.
Amidst rapid changes in the social environment, we identify the diverse issues and needs of various companies and public organizations, provide proposals for the development of optimized facilities such as factories and R&D facilities, and support industrial activities through real estate.
