Development of a former industrial site
We carried out integrated industrial, commercial, and residential development that combines offices, a shopping mall, and condominiums on a large former industrial site.
Utilization of idle land in Tokyo
Making use of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group’s unique overseas network, we developed rental housing that provides CRE and PRE support for an overseas customer.
Expansion and renovation of frozen and refrigerated warehouse/processing center
We carried out a large-scale renovation of existing land and a building leased from a third party by a seafood processor, creating a building that contributes to reduction of running costs and trouble-free factory operations.
Effective use of a former food manufacturing plant site
We carried out development of a logistics facility that meets the needs of the community, on land idled by consolidation of sites by a food manufacturer.
