We use personal information received from customers to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes of use.

2. Provision to third parties

5. Disclosure of personal data, etc.

The Company responds in accordance with laws and regulations as outlined below to requests from information owners, or their agents, who with respect to their personal data ask for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, etc., or suspension of use, etc., (“Disclosure, Etc."), and request disclosure of records provided to third parties (collectively, "Personal Data Disclosure, Etc."). Note, however, that within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the Company may be unable to comply with such request.
Note that Personal Data Disclosure, Etc., is delivered in accordance with the method requested by information owners or their agents. (Disclosure may be made by delivery of documents if the requested disclosure method involves a high cost or is otherwise impracticable.)

For the following requests, together with the request documents, per request instance please enclose a 1,000 yen fixed-amount postal money order (issued by the post office).
- Notification of purpose of use
- Disclosure of personal data and record of third-party data provision
- The cost of postage to the Company and the fixed-amount postal money order issuance fee are payable by the requester. The postal fixed-amount postal money order must not have a payee named on it.
- If the fee is insufficient or not enclosed, the sender will be contacted. However, if payment is not made within the prescribed period, no request for Personal Data Disclosure, Etc. will be deemed made.
