Recognizing that environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives are vital to the achievement of a sustainable society through business and to the creation of medium- to long-term corporate value, Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development has identified the following as priority items (materiality) to be addressed in our real estate development business and urban development business.

Environmental Certification Initiatives/Introduction of Solar Power Generation Systems

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives are important in creating medium- to long-term corporate value and in building a sustainable society through our business. Under that recognition, in our real estate development business and urban development business, we work to preserve the natural environment by enhancing the environmental performance of buildings. We are also advancing the installation of solar power generation systems at our development facilities, with the goal of net zero energy consumption in buildings.
